No RPC services are available on the effbot.org server. There might have been some services here before, but they’re gone. Which means that you’re supposed to stop hitting them. Really. If the server says that a service is 410 Gone, it’s gone. It’s not temporarily down, or not found, or just resting, or pining for the fjords. It is no is no more. It has ceased to be. It’s expired and gone to meet its maker. It’s an ex-service! Why is that so hard to understand?
